The installation principle of HSE management system of the sales companies of SINOPEC should be consistent with that of SINOPEC group, such as the identification and e-valuation of environmental factors, the identification of hazards, and the evaluation of risks. In the implement of management system, it is very important to gain the recognition and support from the executive level, and the participation of the entirely staffs, get done with the training, and establish an effective supervision and examination mechanism.
