摘要
目前财政补贴日益膨胀,已成为城市经济工作中不可忽视的重大问题.本文应用系统理论和系统分析方法,建立了以产业、财政、国民收入分配、农副产品零售为主的财政补贴系统动力学模型。并对一系列改革方案进行了仿真模拟.
The financial subsides in urban areas have grown rapidly these yea(?)a, which is a very important problem that puzzled the city authority.And alao it is a very difficult problem to be solved.Using system theory and principle of dynamics,a system dynamic model for the policy analysis is carefully designed in this paper.The model mainly consists of four parts:production,finance, national income distribution,retail of farming and side-line product.Using the model,a lot of possible alternative policies have been simulated.
