With China's entry into WTO,foreign securities businesses keep entering the Chinese market.This is both a good chance and a serious challenge to China's securities business.It has become an urgent problem for China's securities business to develop the competition ability so as to be fit for the future.Starting from the point of view of fostering stockjobber's core competition,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for fostering core competition by way of group operation
