On the Cultivation of Young Teachers' Moral Character and Demeanour in Colleges and Universities

师德师风是一所学校的灵魂所在 ,要培养高质量的人才 ,必须从抓教风入手 ,切实加强教师师德师风建设 ,尤其是青年教师师德师风建设。针对高校青年教师的基本特点 ,品格素质结构要求和个别教师存在的思想偏差 。

Teachers' moral character and demeanour are the soul of a college.To cultivate talents with high quality.Great emphasis should be paid on teachers' attitudes toward teaching and their demeanour,especially that of young teachers.Based on the characteristics of young teachers,the requirements for their moral character and demeanour structure,the wrong ideas of a small number of teachors,the authors put forward some measures for the cultivation of young teachers' moral character and demeanour.
