在时分用户程控交换机中时间接线器(TSW)是实现交换的核心部件.本文讨论了 TSW 的测试诊断问题,详细介绍了测试算法的原理及其实现.采用本文介绍的测试算法设计的测试诊断程序已实际用于 HJD-28用户程控交换机的动态测试系统中.
The time switch(TSW)is a main component for implementing the switching in time swtich SPC.In the paper,we discuss how to test and diagnosis the TSW,and explain in detail the principle and implementation of test and di- agnosis algorithm.This algorithm has been used in the dynamic test system of HJD-28 digital SPC.
