大倾角平面采场物理模拟试验平台的研制及初步应用

摘要 大倾角平面采场物理模拟试验平台由地基、框架主体、加载控制系统、旋转系统和测量系统组成。利用该平台可开展洞室、洞群开挖及加固的模型试验,浅层及深层0°~60°倾角煤层开采的物理模拟试验。试验平台模型尺寸达到5. 0 m×2. 0 m×0. 4 m,可在模型平面0°~60°范围内整体旋转。水平方向可实现4级梯度荷载来模拟水平地应力随埋深的变化,垂直方向可实现10级梯度荷载来模拟区域内高程的变化。平台采用了液压伺服加载方式,其节能模式具有噪音小、能耗低的特点。调试及应用试验表明:该平台功能指标先进,机构设计巧妙,结构刚度高,控制系统稳定可靠,软件界面人机交互性好。 The physical simulation test platform is composed of the foundation,the frame body,the loading and control system,the rotating system and the measurement system.With this platform,we can carry out the model test of excavation and reinforcement for tunnel and tunnel-group,and physical simulation test of mining in shallow and deep coal seam with a zero to sixty degree dip angle.The model dimension of the test platform is 5 meters by 2 meters by 0.4 meters,and it can rotate between 0 and 60 degrees in the plane of model.The four step loading can be realized in the horizontal direction to simulate the variation of horizontal geo-stress along with the depth of the rock,and the ten step loading can be realized in the vertical direction to simulate the variation of elevation in the region.The hydraulic servo loading mode is adopted on the platform,and its energy saving mode has the characteristics of low noise and low energy consumption.The results of commissioning and application tests show that the platform has advanced functions and index,ingenious design on the mechanism,high stiffness in structure,good stability,reliable control system and software interface with friendly human-computer interaction.
