人防工程孔洞封堵材料抗爆性能研究

Investigation on plugging materials of the hole of civil air defense works subjected to blast

摘要 根据实际人防工程封堵施工中存在封堵材料不满足抗爆标准的问题,选取6类常用封堵材料进行抗爆试验。针对人防工程抗0. 1 MPa爆炸冲击能力要求,设计了封堵孔径为150 mm管孔的抗爆能力试验方案。通过对试验现象和数据采集分析,得出了环氧树脂速固材料抗核爆能力高于其他封堵材料的结论,同时指出水泥、阻火包并不能满足人防工程的孔洞封堵要求。 According to the problem that the sealing material is not satisfied with the anti explosion standard in the construction of the actual civil air defense works project,six kinds of commonly used plugging materials are selected to carry out the anti explosion test.Requirements for anti 0.1 MPa ability of civil air defense works,an anti detonation test of a 150 mm tube hole with a blocked aperture is designed.Through the test and data collection analysis,it is concluded that the anti nuclear explosion ability of epoxy resin material is higher than that of other plugging materials.At the same time,it is pointed out that plugging materials such as cement and fire resistance bag can not meet the sealing requirements of the civil air defense works.
