摘要
研制了一种大跨度的GRP型材混凝土防护门。为了检测该防护门的抗爆性能,利用爆炸波模拟装置产生4种强度的冲击波荷载,对防护门进行8次重复加载试验。冲击波的峰值超压平均值分别为91. 2 k Pa、140. 1 k Pa、342. 4 k Pa、663. 6 k Pa,正压作用时间均在600 ms以上。结果表明:在所加荷载下,GRP型材只发生弹性变形,防护门没有出现裂缝、变形等破坏,满足所要求的抗力等级,可以作为传统防护门的升级换代产品。
A newly large-span blast door made of glass fiber reinforced polymer(GRP)was developed.In order to verify the blast resistance performance of the door,an experiment was carried out to study the behavior of the blast door subjected to repeated loading(8 times)induced by blast wave simulator,which generated 4 kinds of shock wave loads.The average peak overpressure of the shock wave were 91.2 kPa,140.1 kPa,342.4 kPa,and 663.6 kPa,respectively,and the positive pressure time was above 600 ms.According to the experimental results,the GRP profile only undergoes elastic deformation,and there are no cracks,deformation and etc.,which satisfies the required resistance level and can be regarded as an upgrade product of blast doors in civil air defence shelter.
