略论城市地下空间规划建设理念与发展趋势

On the concept and development trend of urban underground space planning and construction

地下空间开发利用已成为我国城市规划建设的重要内容。地下空间规划建设应遵循城市建设的基本规律,以问题为导向,结合我国城市建设实际积极研究发展对策,树立科学的城市地下空间规划建设理念,正确把握地下空间开发利用的发展趋势。本文简要论述了城市地下空间规划建设的综合效益理念、协同开发理念、生态绿色理念及平战结合理念,并指出了地下空间建设的规模化、分层化、综合化、网络化、人性化、生态化、信息化和法制化等发展趋势。

The development and utilization of underground space has become an important part of urban planning and construction in China.Underground space planning and construction should follow the basic rules of urban construction,be problem-oriented and combined with the actual situation of urban construction to actively study and development strategies to establish a scientific concept of urban underground space planning and construction,correctly grasp the development trend of underground space development and utilization.This paper briefly discusses concepts of integrated benefit,synergetic development,ecological green and dual utilization in peacetime and wartime in the planning and construction of urban underground space,and points out development trends,such as scale,stratification,integration,networking,humanization,ecologization,informatization and legalization.
