人防工程活门槛设计施工问题分析及解决方法探讨

On problems and countermeasures of design and construction of removable threshold in civil air defense engineering

在人防工程主体结构验收中,活门槛式人防门常存在门槛标高控制不当、门槛梁设置不到位、混凝土浇筑不密实、预埋件锚固不牢等问题,影响其战时防护、密闭性能及通道平时安全疏散。从设计、施工方法着手,查找问题成因,分析活门槛构造原理及受力特点,给出门槛梁配筋设计方法及改进措施,以弥补现行设计图集的不足,从设计层面引导施工,从细节把控上提高活门槛式人防门施工安装质量。

In the inspection of the civil air defense engineering structure,problems of the removable threshold of blast door,such as the improper control of the threshold elevation,the inadequate setting of the threshold beam,the improper pouring of concrete and the improper anchorage of the embedded steel parts,usually affect the safety of the entry-exit protection in wartime and the safety of fire evacuation in peacetime.Viewed from design and construction methods of removable threshold,this paper points out the causes of these problems,analyzes the structure and stress characteristics of the removable threshold,proposes the design method and the construction quality control measures so as to make up for the deficiency of the current atlas of standard design,guide the construction from the design,and improve the construction and installation quality by the details control.
