智能化战争条件下国防工程建设构想

Conception of the construction of national defense engineering under the condition of intelligent war

科技革命是促进战争形态改变的关键动力,人工智能作为新一轮科技革命的重要代表,将推动战争形态向智能化战争发展。本文在分析科技革命和战争形态演变关系的基础上,探析了未来智能化战争的基本特点,进而论述了国防工程建设面临的挑战,最终提出了我国国防工程建设应注意的重点方向。

The technology revolution is the key driving force for the transformation of war patterns.Artificial intelligence,as an important representative of the new round of technology revolution,will promote the war patterns to develop towards intelligent war.In this paper,the basic characteristics of intelligent war are discussed on the basis of the analysis of the relationship between technology revolution and the transformation of war forms,and the challenge of construction of national defense engineering is discussed.Finally,the key direction of China’s national defense engineering construction is put forward.
