摘要
国防工程在战时的作用和地位突出,其作用发挥离不开维护管理。但是,当前工程维护管理的信息化程度还较低,各单位维护管理模式也不尽相同。基于国防工程的维护管理现状,分析了其存在的具体问题,针对性地提出了基于BIM的国防工程维护管理模式。该维护管理模式包含了设备设施管理、维护档案管理、工程实时监测与预警、作战保障、应急辅助决策、数据库管理六大功能,并具体分析了其中运用的关键技术,包括BIM技术、BIM与IOT融合技术、BIM与GIS融合技术。
National defense engineering plays a prominent role in wartime,the role of which cannot be played well without maintenance and management.Currently,informationization of maintenance and management of engineering is to be strengthened,and the maintenance management models are different among regiments.Based on the current situation,existed specific problems are analyzed,and a new model based on BIM is put forward.This model includes six functions:facility management,document maintenance management,real-time monitoring and warning of engineering,combat support,emergency assistant decision-making and database management.Meanwhile,key technologies of the model,such as BIM,BIM and IOT fusion technique,BIM and GIS fusion technique,are analyzed specifically.
