摘要
本文对应用于超大规模集成电路光学互连的计算机产生的全息图(CGH)的量化及取样影响进行了分析.在用于光学互连的 CGH 结构是菲湟耳波带片的条件下,我们对 Nyquist 和 Whittaker-Shannon 两种取样方法进行了分析和比较.结果表明,在小偏转角和高取样频率条件下,采用 Whittaker-Shannon 取样方法所得到的衍射效率大于采用 Nyquist 取样方法所得到的衍射效率.
The quantization and sampling effects of Computer Generated Hologram (CGH)for optical interconnection of very large scale integrated circuits are dis- cussed.Two kinds of sampling methods,Nyquist sampling and Whittaker-Shannon sampling,are analyzed and compared in the condition that diffractive-reflective optical interconnections are employed.
