摘要
从避洪转移分析计算的基础入手,建立了避洪转移分析计算技术流程和最优转移路径的求解算法,实现了相关软件系统的功能,并进行了实例应用。结果表明,该软件系统具有较好的实用性,可以为全国洪水风险图编制和防洪减灾的实际工作提供重要技术参考。
Based on the flood evacuation analysis, the technical process of analyzing and calculating for flood evacuation and the optimal algorithm of evacuation route are established. The functions of the software system are implemented and applied in practices. The results of the application show that this system has good practicability, and can provide an important technical reference for the national flood risk map project and flood control practical work.
