摘要
为探索不同生根剂对木麻黄小枝生根的影响,采用不同浓度的1-萘乙酸和国光生根萘乙酸对"千头"木麻黄、"圆头"木麻黄和"惠-1"木麻黄小枝进行促根试验。结果表明,相同生根剂不同浓度处理下同一种木麻黄品种生根小枝数量差异极显著,相同生根剂相同浓度处理下不同木麻黄品种生根小枝数量差异极显著,同一品种木麻黄生根小枝数量在不同生根剂同一浓度处理下差异不显著。"千头"木麻黄两种生根剂最佳质量分数为125×10^(-6)~150×10^(-6),"圆头"木麻黄两种生根剂最佳质量分数为75×10^(-6)~100×10^(-6),"惠-1"木麻黄两种生根剂最佳质量分数为50×10^(-6)~75×10^(-6)。
In order to explore the effects of different rooting agents on rooting of small Casuarina equisetifoliabranches,the experiments of Casuarina equisetifolia‘Qiantou',Casuarina equisetifolia‘Yuantou'&Casuarina equisetifolia‘Hui-1'to accelerate rooting were conducted by adopting different concentrations of 1-Nacetic acid &‘Guoguang rooting'Nacetic acid.Result shows that the number of small rooting branches for the same Casuarina equisetifolia species with the same rooting agent at different concentrations has small difference;the number of small rooting branches for the different Casuarina equisetifoliaspecies with the same rooting agent at same concentrations have significant differences;the number of small rooting branches for the same Casuarina equisetifolia species with the different rooting agent at same concentrations has small difference.The optimal mass fraction of Casuarina equisetifolia‘Qiantou',Casuarina equisetifolia‘Yuantou'&Casuarina equisetifolia‘Hui-1'treated with the two rooting agents is 125×10^(-6)-150×10^(-6),75×10^(-6)-100×10^(-6),50×10^(-6)-75×10^(-6),respectively.
