摘要
根据 5个抗Liberty杂交籼稻喷施 0 .3%Liberty后的农艺性状表现分析抗除草剂杂交组合在生产上应用的可行性。结果表明 :(1)苗期经Liberty处理的转基因组合 ,成株期大田中未发现不育系株。说明利用抗除草剂基因和相应的除草剂 ,可有效杀死因机械混杂和生物学混杂混入抗Liberty杂交稻中的不育株 ;(2 )抗Liberty杂交籼稻 ,生育期、株高等植株形态与原组合相仿 ,但产量构成因子则差异较大 ,最终多数组合产量水平不及原组合。本文还提出以超纯杂交技术来统称利用抗除草剂基因提高杂交种纯度的技术 。
A comparative study was made between five herbicide resistant (R) rice hybrids and their controls under the treatment of herbicide Liberty was conducted. After spraying Liberty at the seedling stage, the plots of R rice hybrids did not have any plants of their male sterile lines all the way to maturity. Four hybrids were purposely mixed with seeds of their sterile lines at a rate of 10%, respectively and all the mixed sterile plants were killed by Liberty in nursery. Result showed that using R rice and corresponding herbicide, all the male sterile plants that were resulted from incomplete sterility in hybrid seed production due to genetic, environmental and chemical factors, mechanical contamination in operation, and biological mutations could be eliminated. However, yield components of herbicide resistant hybrids were different from their original hybrids, although heading and plant height were similar. Grain yields of most R hybrids were inferior to their controls.The result of resistant Xiangyou 63 having equivalent yield with the control suggests opportunity for the breeding. Two breeding strategies to improve combining ability in herbicide resistant hybrids were proposed in this paper. Liberty did not have negative effect on agronomic performance including grain yield.
