摘要 泄漏是引发推进剂事故的最主要原因 ,可以造成火灾、爆炸、人员中毒和环境污染。本文分析了泄漏的原因和危险性 ,给出了泄漏量的计算模型 ,提出了各种处理控制技术 ,其中特别介绍了硝基氧化物专用处理器。 As is often the case, liquid leaking is potentially dangerous and leads to all kinds of propellent accidents and serious human and animal casualties. So can it lead to firing, explosion as well as environment pollution. In the present paper, an investigation and the analysis of the causes and the dangers of leak are presented. a mathematical model for the leak amount is established. The corresponding control measures in presenting and combating the related accidents are also provided in this paper. The causes here illustrated in the paper include the improper use of equipment material, failure to keep timely maintenance, improper operation, corrosion as well as mindless administration. The control related involves monitoring, alarm system, the precaution, and emergency procedure. Nitro oxidant leak treatment of active powder and equipment is especially introEduced. The measure involves acid alkali mixer, active powder absorption, enclosure, pumping system, etc. All the above illustrations help to provide practical supporting measures for leak calculation and pollution control in our space launch sets.
