LDS种衣剂对玉米丝黑穗病的田间药效试验

A study on LDS seed coating formulation for controlling corn silk dustbrand in field

筛选、验证自行研制的种衣剂LDS 1～ 5号在田间对玉米丝黑穗病的实际防效 ,为种衣剂LDS的进一步研究、完善、定型及试验示范与推广提供试验依据 ,并与国内 4种商品种衣剂对玉米丝黑穗病防治进行了田间药效比较。结果表明 ,种衣剂LDS有着很好的防效 ,尤其是种衣剂LDS4和LDS 5更为突出 ,防效高达 81.5 3%和 85 .6 0 % ,明显高于对照和其它各处理的防效 ;种衣剂LDS 4和LDS 5处理的产量最高 ,分别为 4 95 6 .2 3kg/hm2 和 5 0 2 2 .0 0kg/hm2 ,比对照增产 2 3.2 5 %和 2 4 88% ,因此LDS 4和LDS

In order to obtain specific data and theory gist as to the practicality effectiveness and the more research ,perfecting, finalizing the design and generalizing of LDS 1-5 ,4 kind of seed coating formulations available in Chinese pesticide market, are chosen as the control experiment .Experiments show that LDS seed coating formulations are more effective in controlling corn silk dustbrand (Sphacelothca reiliana), especially LDS 4 and LDS 5, of which the prevention and cure efficiency are accordingly 81.53% and 85.60%, are better than those of the control experiment. The outputs of the corn treated with LDS 4, LDS 5 are accordingly 4 956.23kg/hm 2, 5 022.00kg/hm 2 which increased 23.25%, 24.88%,comparing with the controls. So LDS 4 and LDS 5 are effective pesticide for controlling corn silk dustbrand.
