在分析城市物流系统特点的基础上,指出坚持用系统观点统一建设主体的认是实现城市物流系统建设目标的重要前提:同时还探讨了城市物流系统建设与经济发展水平与产业结构之间的关系,论述了运筹学方法对提高城市物流系统建设效率的重要作用以及在物流系统建设中的应用方向。

Based on characteristics analysis o f civilized logistics,this paper point out that the viewpoint of system is the important basis for ach ieving the target of civilized logis tics.The relationship between the construction of civilized loistics and the economy level and industrial structure is explored.At last,the important action and the applicatio ns of operational research in raisin g construction efficiency are dis-cussed.
