网络信息传播中的道德失范及其制约

文章从网络传播的不同层面将网络信息传播中的道德失范现象归结为四种主要类型 :网络信息发布者的道德失范、网络信息接收者的道德失范、网络道德评价标准的失范、网络道德控制机制的失范 ,指出网络信息传播中道德制约与道德提升的主要途径 ,即建立健康的网络传播环境 ,加速网络安全技术的发展 ,制定富有弹性的网络社会的政策法规与道德原则 ,建立网络传播的全球伦理 ,从而在“以德治国”的新形势下 ,进一步推动我国网络社会的道德完善。

It was summarized into four aspects about the ethics lost of internet communication from deferent angles: The ethics lost of issuer, the ethics lost of audience, the ethics lost of appraise standard, the ethics lost of control system. And the main roads have been indicated in Internet ethic's control and improve, they are four aspects: construction of healthy circumstance of Internet communication, fast development of Internet safe technology, making some policies and laws and some ethics principles, construction of global athics. It will push the ethics construction under the new circumstance of governing our country according to the ethics.
