摘要
语言在促进非洲国家构建、民族认同和保持多元文化方面发挥着重要作用,是非洲教育发展中的关键因素。南非民主政府成立后积极矫正语言的不平等,推动多元语言制度,制定《高等教育语言政策》,但多元语言制度改革步履艰难,成效并不显著。
Language plays a fundamental role in supporting nation building,developing ethnic identity and retaining cultural diversity.It is the vital factor in the African education development.Since 1994,South African democratic government actively redressed language inequity,carried out multilingual policy and established language policy for Higher Education.However,the multilingual reform comes with many difficulties and makes little effectiveness.
