Impacts of Overseas Chinese and Africans upon Sino-African cooperation

Despite negative evaluation of the activities of Chinese in Africa and Africans in China,overseas Chinese and Africans have been playing a key role in the development of Sino-African cooperation.Both sides should simplify immigration policy and offer political and economic incentives so that they could contribute more to bilateral relations.
