基于“有限理性”的浙江企业对非投资行为分析

The Analysis On Zhejiang’s Investment in Africa Based on th theory of “bounded rationality”

浙江企业,尤其浙江民营企业对非投资比较活跃,有许多产能合作的成功案例,但近年来对非投资波动非常明显。本文认为'有限理性'可能是影响浙江对非投资的一个重要原因。有限理性会对浙江投资非洲产生正向和负向的双重影响,对投资动力乃至投资效果都有影响。应完善信号传递机制、加大基础设施投资,激励企业创业创新,完善投资环境,尽量避免投资的非理性结果。

The investment in Africa of enterprises of Zhe Jiang Province is more active, especially private enterprise, and many successful cases are emerging. But the annual investment fluctuation still exists. This paper shows that'the bounded rationality' is one of the most important reasons. 'The bounded rationality' will bring two opposite effects to the Africa-oriented investment. In order to avoid the irrational investment, the paper put forward the following suggestion :to perfect signal transmission mechanism, to increase infrastructure investment,to encourage the enterprises innovation and entrepreneurship, and to improve the investment enviroment of Africa.
