盖诺与顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效观察

Domestic vinorelbine plus cisplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer

目的 :观察国产去甲长春花碱 (盖诺 )与顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效及毒副反应。方法 :共治疗 36例病人 ,盖诺 2 5mg/m2 静滴第 1、8天 ,顺铂 90mg/m2 分 3天 (第 1～ 3天 )静滴。 3周为 1周期 ,化疗 2周期后评价疗效 ,化疗期间记录毒副反应。结果 :CR 0例 ,PR 16例 ,SD 16例 ,PD 4例 ,有效率 4 4 4 % ;毒副反应主要为白细胞减少、恶心呕吐及静脉炎。结论 :盖诺与顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效确切 ,毒副反应易于耐受 ,可作为晚期非小细胞肺癌的首选方案。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and toxicity of domestic vinorelbine (Gainuo) plus cisplatin in the treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer.Methods:Thirty six patients received Gainuo 25 mg/m 2 d1,d8 and Cisplatin 30 mg/m 2 d1-3,q3w for 2 cycles.Results:The response rate is 44 4%(16/36), and the main toxicity is leucopenia, nausea, vomiting and phlebitis.Conclusion:Gainuo plus Cisplatin is effective in the treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer, the toxicity is relatively not severe and liable to be well tolerated.
