生物二代测序数据的压缩算法研究进展

摘要 二代测序技术亦称为下一代测序,它具有高通量、价格低廉、测序准确性高的特点,在现代生物学研究中具有重要的应用,但是二代测序生成的序列数据量较大,在存储和传输上效率较低。利用数据压缩技术对二代测序的数据进行处理,可以降低数据文件所占的外存空间,并在可以减少网络传输的时间。本文对生物二代测序数据中有代表性的压缩算法进行了介绍。
