养老领域医养结合的双边资源整合模式研究

随着我国老龄化趋势逐年显著,发展养老服务产业是有效帮助解决人口老龄化问题的重要方式。养老服务模式的研究与创新能够更好的满足养老服务需求并能够有效合理利用养老服务资源。在"互联网+"的时代背景下,为了提高养老服务领域资源的利用率和老年客户的满意度,本文提出了一种医养结合的双边资源整合养老服务新模式。对于机构养老、家庭养老、社区养老等等养老方式中涉及的养老服务资源进行分类、整合,并介绍该模式的创新特征,使得老年客户的需求得到高效的表达,同时让服务提供者的资源得到最大程度的利用,最后建立医养结合的双边资源整合养老模式服务模型。

With the increase of the proportion of the elderly population, the development of the industry of aged care has become more and more important. The research and innovation of old-age service models can help to meet needs aged care and utilize of old-age service resources effectively. In order to improve the utilization of aged care resources and the satisfaction of aged clients, this paper proposes a new model of combining medical treatment with elderly care, which integrates various aged care resources. The model can make the needs of the elderly be effectively expressed, and utilize service resources most.
