作为社会控制重要方式的法治与伦理具有一定的核心价值契合,因此在依法治国大背景下,公安机关加强警察伦理建设刻不容缓。新型警察伦理应做到有立场、有责任、有忠诚、有规范、有评价。唯其如此,才能够用以指导警察的执法实践,减少涉警舆情的产生。

As important ways to control our social lives , law and ethics are consistent with social core value , and that is the reason why it becomes a matter of utmost urgency for the public security organs to strengthen the con -struction of police ethics under the background of ruling our country by law .In my view, the content of new police ethics could not be without such factors as position , responsibility, loyalty, standard and evaluation.Only in this way , can it play a role in guiding the practice of police enforcement and in decreasing the public complaints on po-lice.
