混合式学习模式应用于教师培训研究——以电大系统内国际汉语教师培训为例 被引量:2

摘要 自2012年起,国家开放大学面向电大系统内教师举办"国际汉语教师培训班",并将混合式学习模式应用于该培训项目。并将13期培训划分为"试验期""调整期""平稳期"三个时期,旨在不断优化调整混合式学习模式。随着新的培训内容的增加,参加培训的学员愈加多样化,但目前应用于汉语国际教师培训的混合式学习模式仍有改进的空间,并希望在今后的实践中继续优化,提高培训质量,满足系统内教师的培训需求。
