摘要
随着我国经济建设的发展,工程结构的安全性和耐久性问题成为人们关注的热点,环氧树脂涂层钢筋作为新型防腐钢筋能够有效克服钢筋在混凝土中受化学物质侵蚀而产生锈蚀的问题,被广泛用于建筑工程中。环氧树脂涂层钢筋的绑扎搭接长度和其与混凝土的粘结强度对工程结构的安全性和耐久性至关重要。本文对环氧树脂涂层钢筋和无涂层钢筋的绑扎搭接长度和其与混凝土的粘结强度进行了研究。结果表明,环氧树脂涂层钢筋与无涂层钢筋相比表面较光滑,需绑扎更长的搭接长度。此外,环氧树脂涂层钢筋与混凝土间具有良好的粘结强度,其在建筑工程上具有广泛的应用前景。
The safety and durability of engineering structures are being concerned with the development of our economic construction. As a new type of antirot steel, epoxy resin coated steel bar can effectively delay the corrosion caused by chemical substances in concrete, and therefore widely be used in building engineering. The lashing lap length of the epoxy resin coated steel bar and its bond strength to the concrete are critical to the safety and durability of the engineering structure. In this work, the length of the lap joint, the bonding strength with concrete of the epoxy resin coated steel bar and the uncoated steel bar are studied. The results show that the epoxy resin coated steel bar has a smoother surface than the uncoated one, and needs to be tied for a longer overlapping length. In addition, epoxy resin coated steel bar has good bonding strength between the concrete, and have great application potential in construction engineering.
