This paper takes the urban design of the West Lake Ecological Park in Zhangzhou City as an example,through the analysis of the characteristics of the natural ecological resources in the waterfront,and focusing on the development goals and positioning,the six major planning concepts and strategies adopted in urban design are summarized.
