基于城市设计视角下城市规划精细化管理思路与策略

Thoughts and Strategies of Urban Planning Fine Management from the Perspective of Urban Design

当前城市规划设计中存在控制要素缺乏、控制标准缺乏、控制要素不可操作等问题,文章提出了在系统性、层次性、刚性与弹性原则下,利用量化和法定的方法进行城市精细化规划设计的新思路,以期为我国城市规划与管理提供有价值的参考。

There are some problems in urban planning and design,such as lack of control elements,lack of control standards and non-operability of control elements. This paper puts forward a new idea of using quantitative and legal methods to carry out urban fine planning and design under the principles of systematicness,hierarchy,rigidity and elasticity,in order to provide valuable reference for urban planning and management in China.
