摘要
为探究微波辅助法提取紫苏叶黄酮的最佳工艺条件,笔者以紫苏叶为原材料,黄酮提取量为响应值,分别考察微波功率、料液比和提取时间对黄酮提取效果的影响。在单因素实验基础上,通过Box-Behnken响应面分析法优化紫苏叶黄酮的微波辅助提取工艺。结果表明:最佳提取工艺为微波功率430 W,料液比m(紫苏叶)∶V(乙醇)=1∶12 g/mL,提取时间32 min,黄酮提取质量分数为7.184 mg/g。180℃下紫苏叶黄酮对大豆油的过氧化值、p-茴香胺值和全氧化值的增加具有较好的抑制作用,对抑制大豆油酸价增加无显著影响。
In order to explore the optimal conditions for microwave-assisted extraction of flavonoids fromPerillaleaves,the effects of microwave power,feed-liquid ratio and extraction time on the extraction of flavonoids were investigated.Based on the single factor experiment,microwave-assisted extraction of flavonoids was optimized by Box-Behnken response surface analysis.The result shows that the optimum extraction conditions were microwave power 430W,solid-liquid ratio 1∶12,extraction time 32min.Under this condition,the extraction amount of flavonoids was 7.184mg/g.The flavonoids of Perillaleaves had good antioxidation performance on soybean oil under high temperature.
