摘要
在O2/N2混合气氛中煅烧TiN纳米粒子,制备出了一种响应可见光的氮掺杂TiO2光催化剂(TiO2-xNx)。紫外-可见吸收光谱表明,该光催化剂在可见光区具有明显的吸收。该光催化剂的XRD图谱表明,TiO2-xNx的晶型为锐钛矿相和金红石相的混合相。甲基橙溶液的降解实验结果表明,在O2/N2比例为1∶15(体积比),通氧时间为15 min,煅烧温度为650°C时,制得的催化剂活性最高。
A visible-light-active TiO2-xNxphotocatalyst was prepared by calcining TiN nanoparticles in the O2/N2 atmosphere. The obtained photocatalysts were characterized by XRD and UV-vis. The XRD results show that the phase of TiO2-xNxcontains the anatase phase and the rutile phase. It has an obvious absorption in visible light round 400~500 nm on the basis of UV-vis spectrum. The photocatalytic activity of TiO2-xNxfor methyl orange degradation under visible light was examined. The results indicate that the prepared photocatalyst has the best photocatalytic activity when TiN was calcined at 650 °C for 15 min in the O2/N2 atmosphere with 1∶15(volume) of O2/N2.
