摘要 抗生素的大量使用已经造成了环境问题,由于其在环境水体中的生物难降解性,以及能导致细菌产生抗药性而越来越受到关注。光降解是污染物在水环境中非常重要的非生物降解途径。文章介绍了水环境中抗生素的光降解机理,着重阐述了抗生素的光降解过程的影响因素、降解产物和可能降解途径等研究成果,指出并预测微量、痕量抗生素的光降解研究,以及抗生素光降解产物的进一步鉴定分析将成为今后主要的研究方向和趋势。 The extensive use of antibiotics has caused an environmental issue. Due to their non-biodegradation and potential to induce bacterial resistance, a growing concern was paid on antibiotics. Photodegradation is one of the important pollutants degradation pathways of contaminants in water. This paper summarized photodegradation method of antibiotics in water environment. Various influence factors, such as light intensity, pH, humic acid, nitrate, and metallic ions were highlighted, and the photodegradation pathways were also discussed. It was suggested that research of trace amount of antibiotics in environment,and further analysis of antibiotics photodegradation intermediate and products should be further pursued in future research.
