摘要
文章分析了1 000 MW机组除灰、脱硫系统试运、投产初期出现的几起异常运行事件:碎渣机卡阻、一级钢带机跳闸、一级清扫链打滑;电除尘输灰系统输灰不畅、灰斗积灰、绝缘瓷支柱和阴极振打绝缘轴击穿;吸收塔浆液品质恶化的原因。既有新设备设计、安装、调试遗留的问题,也有运行维护、管理经验不足等问题,并针对异常事件提出了解决方法,制定了防范措施。
This paper analysis of 1 000 MW units dedusting and desulphurization system commissioning, operation in the early days of several typical abnormal events: slag machine block, a steel machine trip, a cleaning chain slipping; electrostatic precipitator ash conveying system in ash is not smooth, ash accumulation, insulating porcelain column and cathode rapping insulating shaft breakdown; absorption tower slurry quality deterioration reasons. These reasons are not only the new equipment installation, debugging problem, also have the problem of operation and maintenance, the lack of management experience, and puts forward the solving method for abnormal event, preventive measures.
