摘要
2013年世界各国签署了旨在全球范围内控制和减少汞排放的国际公约《水俣公约》,汞污染防治问题再一次被各缔约国提上日程,关注度也逐渐提高。文章就近年国内外汞污染状况、各国采取的政策及取得的成果进行综述,并对我国汞污染防治工作中存在的不足之处提出了几点建议。
Countries which singned Minamata Convention on Mercury in the world are in order to control and reduce mercury emission around the world.Mercury pollution has been on the agenda by states parties and has plenty mediaattention.The article reviews the mercury pollution of recent years and national policies and achievement,make suggestions about shortcom-ings in the course of mercury pollution prevention and control work in China.
