摘要
选取滨海城市厦门建筑、道路和村庄的降尘为研究对象,用高分辨气相色谱-高分辨质谱联用仪对降尘中的二口恶英进行了测定。研究结果表明,厦门市降尘中二口恶英的含量在128~776 pg/g范围,平均值为377 pg/g;其中道路降尘中二口恶英的含量最高,浓度均值为421 pg/g,其次为村庄降尘和建筑降尘,仅为道路降尘的0.3和0.7倍。降尘中二口恶英毒性当量同样表现为道路降尘>村庄降尘>建筑降尘。二口恶英的呼吸暴露风险显示儿童呼吸暴露量要高于成年人,虽然除了集美大道降尘中二口恶英的呼吸暴露量高于WHO建议标准外,其他7个点位二口恶英的呼吸暴露量低于WHO的标准,但厦门市作为滨海城市降尘中区存在的潜在健康风险不容忽视。
Choosing falling dust sampled from building, roads and villages in the southeast coastal city, Xiamen, China as study objects. Dioxins extracted from these falling dusts have been analyzed using high resolution gas chromatography/high resolution mass spectrometry. The results indicated that the concentration of PCDD/Fs in these falling dusts ranged from 128 to 776 pg/g, with the mean of 377 pg/g. The concentration of PCDD/Fs in the road dusts were the highest with the 421 pg/g,followed by the village dust and building dust, which were 0.3 and 0.7 times for road dusts. The toxic equivalent quantity(TEQ) of PCDD/Fs in falling dusts also presented roads > village > build. The data of exposure risk for breathing showed that the levels in children was higher than adults, even though the exposure levels of breathing is lower than the WHO standard in these sampling sites except for Jimei road. However, it was should not ignored for the potential health risks as a coastal city.
