摘要
针对原有肉制品加工废水处理工艺存在问题,采用"ABR+气浮+生物接触氧化"工艺,对原污水处理设施进行改造扩建,运行结果表明COD、BOD5、SS、NH3-N去除率可分别达到93.5%、94.37%、91.4%、84.2%,出水达到《肉类加工工业水污染物综合排放标准》中肉制品加工二级排放标准。运行成本为1.54元/t。
To the problem of the original process of meat processing wastewater,using ABR +biological contact oxidation process,to expansion and transformation of the original sewage treatment facilities. The running results showed that,the removal ratio of COD,BOD5,SS,NH3-N can reach 93.5%,94.37%, 91.4%, 84.2% respectively. The quality of the effluent can meet the requirements for the second-order of the comprehensive discharge standard of water pollutants for meat processing industry.The running cost was 1.54 RMB/t.
