摘要 电除尘器内部结焦导致阳极板、阴极线损坏,电场短路跳闸危及安全运行。积灰高温熔化是结焦的根本原因。二次燃烧结焦应具备可燃物、氧气、火源3个条件,通常发生在第一电场入口第一块极板和极线之间;而电场积灰熔融结焦要具备堵灰,强烈的电弧放电,通常发生在灰斗积灰的电场底部阴阳极之间。破坏结焦形成的条件是防止电除尘器内部结焦的最好方法。 The electric dust collector in coking anode plate, cathode line damage, electric short circuit trip to endanger the safe operation. The ash melting at high temperature are the fundamental reasons for coking. The secondary combustion coke should have the combustions of fuel, oxygen and fire 3 conditions, usually happens in the first field entrance first plates and polar line, while the electric field ash melting coking have blocked short arc discharge is generated strong, usually occurs at the bottom of the product field between positive and negative plates in the ash collector. Destroy the formation of coking con-ditions is the best way to prevent the internal coking of electric dust collector.
