摘要
针对武汉某汽车配件涂装车间生产废水的特点,对涂装前处理废水,电泳废水和喷漆废水分别进行分质混凝预处理,预处理的废水混合后,再采用水解酸化-DAT-IAT(demand aeration tank-intermittent aeration tank)+模块化过滤进行处理,工程实践表明,采用各水质分别预处理后混合生化处理再深度处理的方法可有效地处理涂装废水,其出水水质可达到GB/T 18920-2002和GB/T 19923-2005的中水回用标准。
The coating surface pretreatment wastewater, electrophoresis wastewater and spray paint wastewater are pretreated by coagulation separately according to the characteristics of the coating wastewater discharged by an automobile fittings coat-ing workshop in Wuhan. Then the mixed separated coagulation wastewater is treated by hydrolysis acidification/DAT-IAT(Demand Aeration Tank- Intermittent Aeration Tank)/modular filtration. The results obtained from engineering operation show that the effluent quality meets the first class criteria specified in GB/T 18920-2002 and GB/T 19923-2005.
