摘要
文章提出了环境质量抽样调查工作中也存在类似检测分析工作中的"检出限"概念。以2012年12月在滇池外海开展的总氮浓度抽样调查为例,说明了检出限的计算方法和理论依据;并计算了该调查方案在各样本数量下的检出限,为今后开展类似调查,就如何确定样本数量提供了参考;同时还说明了样本数量的增加能够降低环境质量抽样调查的检出限,但作用会逐渐减弱。
Because of the sampling error, the sampling survey of environmental quality has a detection limit which is similar with chemical analysis field. Taking a survey about total nitrogen concentration in Dian Chi lake in December 2012 as an example, illustrated the theory and the method about calculation of the detection limits. By using the method, the detection limits under every number of samples has been calculated, which gave a reference about deciding the number of samples in similar survey in the future. The relation between number of samples and detection limits was that the increase of number of samples can reduce the detection limit dramatically at the beginning, but its effect decreases gradually.
