摘要
利用热分析-质谱联用技术,以高纯氮气为载气对花生壳进行了详细的热重分析研究。通过观察、比较升温速率分别为5、10℃/min的TG-DTG-DSC曲线,将花生壳的热解过程分为4个阶段,发现TG-DTG曲线随升温速率的提高向高温侧移动。通过质谱分析获得了温度和升温速率对热解气化产物的影响规律。在此基础上建立了热解动力学模型,并根据实验数据对模型进行了求解,得到了活化能、频率因子等动力学参数,表明花生壳热解是一级反应。
Detailed thermal analysis study of peanut shell was carried by combined method of thermal analysis and mass spectrometry(TA-MS) with high purity nitrogen as the carrier gas. Through observation and comparison of TG-DTG-DSC curves with heating rate of 5 ℃/min and 10 ℃/min, the pyrolysis process of peanut shell is divided into four stages and it was found that TG-DTG curves moved to high temperature side with the increase of heating rate. Influence law of temperature and heating rate on pyrolysis gasification product was obtained by mass spectrometry analysis. Pyrolysis kinetics model was established and the model was solved according to the experimental data. Activation energy, frequency factor and other dy-namic parameters was acquired,and peanut shell pyrolysis is a first order reaction was suggested.
