滨大高速运营期大气环境影响研究 被引量:1

Atmospheric Environment Impact Research of Bin-Da Highway During Its Operational Period

摘要 以建成运营的滨州至大高高速公路为研究对象,根据实际统计车型比和日均交通量,对公路运营期2015年、2020年和2024年的交通量进行了预测,分车型分区段计算了CO、NOx和HC的每天排放量。结果显示:2015年全路段CO排放量11.38 t/d,NOx排放量为7.59 t/d,HC排放量为2.57 t/d。2020年全路段CO排放量13.97 t/d,NOx排放量9.32 t/d,HC排放量3.15 t/d,2024年全路段CO排放量16.94 t/d,NOx排放量11.30 t/d,HC排放量3.83 t/d。同时还进行了D类稳定度下,公路正交风向下风向20 m和100 m处的污染物浓度预测。预测发现,20 m处和100 m处的CO日均浓度均不超标,20 m处2015年、2020年、2024年的预测浓度分别是标准限值的1.672、2.038和2.450倍。100 m处的2015年NOx不超标,2020年和2024年分别占标102.1%和111.7%。文章对滨大高速公路运营期大气环境质量进行了评估,为路段的交通管理和大气环境质量控制提供依据。 Taking Bin-Da Highway built as the object, according to the practical types of vehicles and average daily traffic volume, the research forecasts traffic volume during its operation period of 2015, 2020 and 2024 and calculates CO, NOx, HC emissions every day by types of vehicles and sections. The result shows that: In 2015 there are CO emissions of 11.38 t/d,NOx emissions of 7.59 t/d, HC emissions of 2.57 t/d in all sections; In 2020, CO emissions of 13.97 t/d, NOxemissions of 9.32 t/d, HC emissions of 3.15 t/d; In 2024,CO emissions of 16.94 t/d, NOxemissions of 11.30 t/d, HC emissions of 3.83 t/d.And under the D stability,pollutant concentration at the 20 m and 100 m of highway orthogonal direction is also predicted. It discovers that: Daily average concentration of CO are not overweight at 20 m and 100 m. In 2015, 2020, 2024 concentration at 20 m respectively is 1.672, 2.038, and 2.450 times of the standard limit. In 2015 NOxat 100 m does not exceed, and, in2020 and 2024 it respectively accounts for 102.1% and 111.7%. Fully evaluating the atmospheric environmental quality of Bin-Da Highway during its operational period, the research provides the basis for the road traffic management and atmo-spheric environment quality control.
