摘要
中国已成为PET生产消费及废料进口大国,而大量石油资源的使用和环境污染的产生日趋严重。分析其再利用过程中的品质下降对再生产品循环利用率有重要意义。通过对再生PET相关国家标准和研究的梳理和分析,总结了再生环节的处理行为引起PET物理、化学品质下降的原因,发现特性黏度和色度2个指标影响最大。并发现多种塑料混合再生对产品品质也有一定程度的影响。在多方面分析PET品质下降的原因的基础上,提出针对我国PET相关标准改进的政策建议。
China has become a major consumption of PET and importer of waste PET, and it has resulted in extensive using of petroleum resources and environmental pollution. Analyzing its quality declining during the recycled producing is important for repeatedly cycles. Through the analysis of national standards of recycled PET and related researches, it summarized the factors that affect the characteristics of recycling products in physics and chemistry. Found that intrinsic viscosity and color were the most impacted on. Blended polymer materials impacted the quality of recycled PET. The reason of quality declining of recycled materials was analyzed in many aspects. On this basis, it provided recommendations for the improvement of PET relevant standards.
