摘要
研究了不同浓度(0、1、2、3、4、6、8 mg/L)塑化剂邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(diisobutyl phthalate,DIBP)对2种海洋微藻杜氏盐藻(Dunaliella salina)和湛江等鞭金藻(Dicrateria zhanjiangensis Hu.Var.sp)生长、抗氧化系统的影响。结果表明:DIBP对2种藻类的生长均表现出抑制作用,不同浓度条件下金藻和盐藻的细胞数均显著低于对照组(p<0.05),并且随着浓度的升高其抑制作用逐渐增强;除4mg/L处理组外,其余各组盐藻中T-GSH的含量较对照组都显著升高(p<0.05),2 mg/L和3 mg/L浓度处理组金藻中T-GSH的含量显著高于与对照组(p<0.05);各浓度处理组中,金藻和盐藻的CAT活性均显著低于对照组(p<0.05);盐藻中,2 mg/L和3 mg/L浓度处理组SOD活性显著低于对照组(p<0.05);金藻中,3 mg/L浓度处理组SOD活性显著高于对照组(p<0.05),而4 mg/L和6 mg/L浓度处理组SOD活性显著低于对照组(p<0.05)。
The effects of different concentrations of DIBP on two species of marine microalgae Dunaliella salina and Zhanjiang i.galbana grown and antioxidant system were studied, The results showed that DIBP showed inhibitory effect on the growth of the two species of algae. Under different concentrations, the number of cells in the gold and salt algae were significantly lower than those in the control group(p <0.05). And with the increase of concentration, the inhibition effect was enhanced. In addition to the 4mg/L treatment group, The contents of T-GSH in the other groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(p<0.05), 2 mg/L and 3 mg/L concentration group D. zhanjiangensis Hu. Var. sp T-GSH content was significantly higher than those of the control group(p<0.05). In each treatment group, The activity of CAT in the gold and salt algae were significantly lower than those in the control group(p<0.05). In salt algae,the activity of SOD in 2 mg/L and 3mg/L treated group was significantly lower than that in control group(p<0.05); In gold algae,the activity of SOD in 3 mg/L treated group was significantly higher than that in control group(p<0.05), The SOD activity in 4 mg/L and 6 mg/L treated group was significantly lower than that in the control group(p<0.05).
