摘要
通过对水华微囊藻(Miscrocystis flos-aquae)在N/P比4∶1、16∶1、40∶1、80∶1培养液中进行19 d的批量培养。研究发现,水华微囊藻在N/P比为16∶1时,生长繁殖情况最好;其次在N/P比40∶1和80∶1时,也有一定的生长,但当N/P比为4∶1时,水华微囊藻的生长繁殖受到氮的限制,藻体细胞数仅在开始几天里少量增长,随后一直下降,藻体细胞逐渐死亡。
By the research of cultivate water bloom Miscrocystis flos-aquae in the the different N/P ratio culture medium of: 4∶1,16∶1,40∶1,80∶1 for 19 days. The Research findis,when by theratio of 16∶1 N/P culture medium the water bloom Miscrocystis flos-aquae′s growth is the best. Secondly, by 40∶1 and 80∶1 N/P ratio,there is also a certain growth of the miscrocystis flos-aquae. But when the N/P ratio is 4∶1, The algae′s growth were severely restricted by nitrogen,.The number of cells has only a small amount of growth in the first few days. And then reducing always,finally the algae cells gradually die.
