摘要
针对废锂电池负极石墨碳粉末因有机电解质还原沉积所富含的金属锂,选用可生物降解的柠檬酸为浸提液对其进行了分离回收,研究考查了柠檬酸浓度、固液比、时间、温度对锂浸提效率的影响。研究结果显示,在柠檬酸浓度为0.15 mol/L,固液比为1∶50(g/m L),反应温度为90℃,反应时间为40 min的浸提条件下,锂的浸提率高达99.5%。
For the lithium metal which gathered on the surface of carbon graphite powder by reductive sedimentary of organic electrolyte in spent lithium ion battery, the citric acid which is biodegradable is selected as leach liquor to recycle it.The citric acid concentration, solid-to-liquid ratio, reaction time and temperature is considered in research. The results indicate that lithium extraction efficiency is as high as 99.5% at the condition of 0.15 mol/L citric acid, 1∶50(g/m L) of solid-to-liquid ratio, 40 min of reaction time and 90 ℃ of temperature.
