摘要
针对紫外-可见光谱法水质COD检测中光谱的变化能够反映水体环境不同浊度这一情况,通过实验方法分析了福尔马肼浊度液对邻苯二甲酸氢钾标准液的紫外-可见吸收光谱影响,引入并改进了多元散射校正(multiplicative scatter correction,MSC)方法以消除光散射影响所导致的基线平移和偏移。研究结果表明,改进了的多元散射校正方法,不仅可以解算紫外-可见光水质COD检测时的水体环境之浊度,获得了有别于传统光谱法进行水体或水质浊度测量的技术及方法,而且还为水体环境中浊度测量提供了一种新途径。
In view of the situation that the changes of ultraviolet-visible spectrum on the measurement of COD in water can reflect the different turbidity of water environment, analyzed the influence that formazine turbidity solution made on the ultraviolet-visible absorption spectra of potassium hydrogen phthalate standard solution, introduced and improved the method of MSC(multiplicative scatter correction) to eliminate the baseline translation and offset caused by light scattering by experimental method. The result showed that the improved method of MSC, which can not only calculate the turbidity of water environment when measuring the COD in water, acquiring the technology and method which is different from traditional Spectroscopy to measure the turbidity of water quality, but also provide a new approach to measure the turbidity of water environment.
