摘要
文章介绍了以尿素为还原剂的SNCR/SCR联合脱硝技术在某造纸厂动力锅炉上的应用。利用烟气流场模拟技术重点分析了对75 t/h煤粉炉进行SNCR改造及确定最佳设备参数。经模拟确定在锅炉标高16 m和17 m处各安放尿素喷头为最佳位置方案。通过调试运行,探索出本工艺的最佳运行方式,在负荷65~75 t/h条件下,通过调节尿素喷入量,都能确保NO_x排放量达到排放标准,氨逃逸低于5×10^(-6)。也从实际工程应用中在此证明了联合脱硝技术在中小型燃煤机组烟气脱硝的可行性,具有很深的推广意义。
This paper introduces the application of Hybrid SNCR/SCR denitration technique with the urea as the reductant in a paper mill power boiler. Using the smoke flow field simulation technology to mainly analyze the transformation of 75 t/h pulverized-coal boiler and determine the optimum parameters of the equipment. By the simulation, the boiler level 16 m and the 17 m were ensured the best location for urea nozzles to be laid. Through test operation, explored the optimal operation mode of the process, Under the condition of the load of 65~75 t/h, by adjusting the amount of urea injection, ensured the NO_x emissions to achieve discharge standard and the amount of ammonia escape less than 5 ×10^(-6). Also, the actual engineering application of hybrid SNCR/SCR denitration technique proves that the feasibility of this flue gas denitration in middle and small coal-fired units, which has deep significance to promote.
