摘要
设初沉池的污水处理厂一般为大型污水处理厂,污泥产量相当大。且初沉污泥和剩余污泥的泥质存在差异,需根据两者的泥质特点,结合技术、经济、后期处置要求等因素选择合理的污泥处理路线,以最大程度实现对污泥的减量化、稳定化、无害化和资源化处理处置。该文对初沉污泥和剩余污泥的泥质特点进行了比较,提出了污泥处理工艺路线的设计要点。并以成都市第一污水处理厂和其迁建工程成都市新建污水处理厂一期工程的污泥处理系统为实例加以论证。
Generally, the wastewater treatment plants primary sedimentation tank involved are with large scale, generating large amount of sludge. Because of the difference between primary sludge and waste activated sludge, in order to achieve the reduction, stabilization, harmlessness and resource utilization, the sludge treatment process should be design according to the different quality and combining the technology, economy as well as disposal way issue. In this paper, the character of primary sludge and waste activated sludge are compared, and the process essential is present. In addition, the Chengdu No.1 wastewa-ter treatment plant and the first phase of Chengdu Newly Constructed wastewater treatment plant are set as example.
